JERRY KLEIN REELECTED TO PINNACLE WORLDWIDE POST

Marlton, NJ - June 12, 2006 - Gerhart L. (Jerry) Klein, of Medford, N.J., has been reelected chairman emeritus and continues as a member of the Executive Committee of Pinnacle Worldwide, an international network of independently owned public relations firms celebrating its 30th anniversary. Klein is executive vice president of Anne Klein & Associates, Inc., a national public relations firm based in Marlton, N.J., which has been the exclusive Philadelphia-region office of Pinnacle Worldwide since 1991. Klein previously served as treasurer, president and chairman of Pinnacle.

In other balloting among members of the worldwide organization, Hannemie Stitz, of Frankfurt, Germany, was elected president. Current president Ron Hanser, of Des Moines, Iowa, assumes the post of chairman, while David Marriott of Seattle, Wash., was named president-elect and Scott Peyron, of Boise, Idaho, was elected treasurer.

In addition to Klein, members elected to the Executive Committee were:

  • Ruud Bijl, (Rotterdam, The Netherlands)

  • John Wells (Sydney, Australia)

"This is the strongest slate of international officers in Pinnacle's three-decade history," said Larry Wheeler, (Kansas City, Mo.), chair of Pinnacle's nominating committee. All of those elected take their new posts effective September 2006, at the start of Pinnacle's new fiscal year.
