Building on a career that includes senior communications positions at major media companies, Charles
now advises clients on strategic communications planning and media relations. A respected print and
broadcast journalist, he has held editorial and management positions at The Philadelphia Inquirer and
Daily News, the Detroit Free Press and worked on network programs such as "Good Morning America,"
and other ABC news and sports programs. He also has been a public broadcasting executive, and he is an
adjunct faculty member at Temple University in Philadelphia and Howard University in Washington, D.C.
