Experienced in a broad range of public affairs and corporate communications, including strategic media
planning, issues analysis, crisis management and speech writing. Fred amassed extensive government
service experience as director of broadcasting for the U.S. Senate Conference and press secretary for the
Senate governmental affairs committee; he also worked in Harrisburg as assistant press secretary for the
Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and assistant to the deputy secretary of Labor and Industry.
