Mary Mitchell

Renowned author, syndicated newspaper columnist and president of the Mitchell Organization, a consulting company that helps corporations and individuals hone their personal interaction skills.

She has worked in the areas of customer and client services for multinational service organizations, especially in the legal, accounting and hospitality industries. Her five books, including her latest "Class Acts: How Good Manners Create Good Relationships and Good Relationships Create Good Business," have been translated into six languages.
