Attracting Investment Banking Interest for an IPO

Challenge: Create brand value for this start-up, with minimally invasive microsurgical visualization systems and surgical instruments, to allow its venture capital financiers to exit through an IPO.

Strategy: Created a "buzz" for its aerospace-proven technologies in scientific, trade and financial publications to attract investment banking interest. Associated Vista Technologies with the recent IPOs of two minimally invasive surgical businesses.
